Project Overview

A-FLO Equipment was engaged to deliver a complete turnkey workshop and fuel management solution for a new operational facility. The objective was to create a safe, efficient and future-ready workplace by integrating workshop lubrication systems with bulk fuel storage and dispensing infrastructure—all delivered through a single project partner.

By managing every stage of the project in-house, A-FLO provided a seamless solution from initial design through to final commissioning.

Our Solution

Workshop Fluid Management

A-FLO designed, supplied and installed a complete workshop fluid management system incorporating:

Oil, grease, air and waste oil distribution systems
Underground reticulation network delivering fluids directly to workshop service alcoves
Standalone fluid gantries
Workshop-wide compressed air ring main for reliable air distribution across every service bay

The integrated design provides technicians with immediate access to essential fluids, improving workflow while reducing manual handling and unnecessary downtime.

Fuel Management System

To support site operations, A-FLO supplied and commissioned a complete refuelling solution featuring:

100,000-litre above-ground diesel storage tank
Remote fill line for safe fuel deliveries
High-flow diesel dispensing
AdBlue dispensing system
Outdoor payment terminal for secure fuel access and transaction management

The system provides safe, efficient and controlled refuelling while supporting accurate fuel management across the operation.
