Grease Fails at the Last Fitting

Grease is unforgiving in a way oil is not. It does not flow to where it is needed, so every bearing and pin depends on someone physically reaching its fitting with enough pressure to move grease through it. Miss one, or fail to seat the coupler properly, and that point runs dry regardless of how good the lubrication programme looks on paper.

That is why this range covers both ends of the problem: the equipment that generates and delivers pressure, and the accessories — couplers, swivels, extensions and automatic lubricators — that get it into fittings a technician cannot easily reach.

Cartridge, Bulk or Automatic

Grease equipment scales in three steps. Cartridge guns suit servicing individual points. Once a workshop is going through several cartridges a day, a bucket pump drawing from a 20kg pail is cheaper per kilogram and faster. And where points are unreachable or continuously loaded, automatic lubricators take them off the manual round altogether.

Most sites end up running all three, because the awkward points are exactly the ones a manual round misses and the high-volume points are exactly the ones that empty cartridges fastest.
