The project called for a fully integrated solution that combined bulk lubricant storage, compressed air, exhaust extraction and organised service bays to maximise workshop productivity and operational efficiency.

Fluid Handling & Compressed Air System

A custom-engineered bulk oil transfer and compressed air system was designed to deliver reliable fluid distribution throughout the workshop.

The installation included:

Leveltrack Tank Monitoring System
External Remote Fill Box for oil delivery and waste oil removal
15kW Chicago Pneumatic Screw Air Compressor
Integrated Refrigerated Air Dryer

500L Air Receiver Tank
Oil-Water Separator

The entire system is connected through A-FLO's stainless steel oil, air and water reticulation network, providing reliable fluid transfer and compressed air distribution throughout the workshop.

The integrated workshop layout provides organised service bays with point-of-use access to oils, compressed air, water and exhaust extraction, creating a cleaner, safer and more productive working environment.
