What turnkey workshop design means
A turnkey workshop is designed, equipped and installed as one project, with a single point of contact from first site visit to commissioning. You do not need to coordinate separate suppliers for lubrication, compressed air, lifting and storage. We plan how they fit together around your vehicles, your workflow and your compliance requirements.
Every workshop is different, so we start with your operation rather than a standard package. That applies whether you are fitting out a new site, expanding an existing workshop or upgrading ageing equipment.

Five stages, run by one team, from the first look at your site to the day your staff start using the equipment.
- Site assessmentWe visit the site, or review your plans, and look at vehicle types, bay layout, services and how your team works.
- Custom designWe develop a layout and equipment schedule that fits your bays, your fleet and your budget.
- Equipment supplyWe supply the equipment specified in the design, including products from the brands we distribute.
- InstallationOur team installs pipework, reels, dispensing systems and equipment to suit the design.
- Handover and trainingWe commission the systems and train your staff so they can use them safely from day one.

We supply the equipment a working workshop needs, as part of a full fitout or as individual items.
- Lubrication and fluid dispensingOil, grease, diesel and AdBlue systems, including RAASM workshop equipment as an authorised distributor and installer, and bulk new oil and waste oil tanks.
- Fluid managementTank monitoring and dispensing control, including fluid level monitoring systems and Graco Pulse fluid management.

- Can you work from architectural plans instead of a site visit?
- Yes. We can review your plans where a site visit is not practical, or where the workshop has not been built yet. Either way, the design starts with your vehicle types, bay layout, services and how your team works.
